How to Start?
Download the free app, open to find VTX Mobile Dialer 
Go to Settings > Preferences > Quick Dial Mode, and turn it to ON
Enter your vCard PIN #. If your phone is set up as PINless Dial, leave blank.
Enter your 4-digit Security PIN, leave blank if not used.
