When you use it in the continental US to make international calls, you pay the same low rates as you do with your home phone lines with no additional charges, and pay only 5˘ per minute for all your inter and intra state domestic* calls! Just make the Check Rates! calls whenever and wherever* and simply pay for it with your regular VTX phone bill at the end of each month's billing cycle.
How do I get it?
Simply call one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives at 1-866-418-8948, 24/7 to request a VTX Calling Card, and you will receive it in the mail within a few days. You can start using it once you have activated the card and acquired your PIN!
How does it work?
From any touchtone phone in the US:
1. Dial VTX toll free number: 1-866-VTX-3933 (889-3933)
2. Listen to the prompt, and enter PIN
3. For calls within the U.S., enter area code and followed by the telephone number
4. For calls outside of the U.S., enter the country code and followed by the telephone number
Disclaimer: VTX Calling Card is available to VTX customers for free, each residential account can apply up to four (4) cards.
- 5˘ per minute domestic calls are limited to the US 48 states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
- VTX Calling Card can be used in the Continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
- There will be a $0.60 connection charge added to each call generated from a payphone.
- VTX Calling Card expires after two (2) years (from the issue date), and a new card will be sent to customer.
- Each VTX Calling Card allows up to $40 of credit per month. Once a VTX Calling Card reaches to such limit, it will be temporarily disabled until the amount used has been paid off.
