Here’s How Simple It is:
1. Set up the first appointment between the prospective Customer and a VTX Account
Manager
2. Assist the VTX Account Manager in successfully closing the deal within 3 months of
the first appointment
3. Receive 15% of the net sales: first two-months’ recurring charges and first month’s
non-recurring charges, within 30 days upon receipt of first two months’ payment

- The Referrer must provide a signed W-9/ 10-99 form to receive incentive over $500.00.
- The referred business account must possess a Tax ID, and should place an order within 3 months from the first appointment/meeting/endorsement to qualify.
- The following types of entities shall not qualify as “Customers” for this program:
- Any existing business Customers/Vendors and their affiliates of the Vertex group companies or any of its affiliates
