SMART Appliance as the Conduit

VTX will establish a secured VPN tunneling to your network via our proprietary SMART (Security, Maintenance and Remote Tracking) appliance, regardless of who your Internet Service Provider is. SMART appliance will also be able to set up secured SSL channel among multiple sites or between a remote workstation and office without the complexities of establishing and managing a VPN.

SMART Appliance is the Peripheral Scope

Once SMART appliance establishes the connection between VTX and your network, you will have access to our proprietary vNOC (virtual network operation center). This web-based tool is like IT health report, which will allow you to have clear visibility of your WAN and LAN connectivity status, providing comprehensive reports as follows:

Network Reports - provides information about the status of each circuit and any issue identified in a specific period.

Device Reports - provides information about CPU and memory utilization of any device that you want to monitor on the network.
